Shipping (MALAYSIA)
For WEST Malaysia customers, a flat rate of RM6 applies for orders below RM200 while orders above RM200 are shipped for FREE.For EAST Malaysia customers, a flat rate of RM10 applies for every order.
We will use the following courier companies, Poslaju, Pgeon, NinjaVan, and etc, according to the shipping area.
After the customer place an order, we need 2 working days for our stock preparation, the 3rd day of order counted as the 1st day of delivery. Normally delivery time takes 2-5 working days for West M’sia, 5-9 working days for East M’sia.
If the parcels in East M’sia area have not been received on the 10th working day, please inform us, we will send out 1pc 20ml sachet per day of delay on your next purchase. The amount of repurchase is unlimited.
*public holiday and weekends are non-working days
We will inbox/email every customer tracking number of the parcel when the parcel is picked up by courier service.

If there is any unsuccessful delivery of the parcel with Poslaju, please call 1300-300-300 to reschedule for a second delivery. Please ENSURE you trace and track your parcel. If the parcel is returned to us due to the customer providing the wrong address/ nobody at home and not picking it up from the Poslaju office, we will only do the second shipment after receiving the postage fee for Malaysia address, WEST M'sia RM 6; EAST M'sia RM 10. Or else, customer has to come to our office to pick up the parcel.

Return & Refund Policy
All payments made to the Seller and product sold are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated below as change-of-mind returns or exchanges is strictly not allowed: -
Return and exchange are only accepted for defective products or wrong products. Customer bears the sole responsibility to notify the Seller of the request to return and exchange within five (5) working days (“Notification Period”) upon receipt. Further request to return and refund will not be entertained once notification period has lapsed. To be eligible for a full refund, your product must be unopened and in its original condition, with original tags and/or packaging intact and to be returned to the Seller within fourteen (14) days upon order is placed. The approval for the return and exchange is subject to the inspection of the returned product and is on case-by-case basis.
Payments are only refundable if it is proven that the payments are duplicates due to some errors. The said amount is refundable by filling in the Refund for Duplicate Payment Form, and we will refund the said amount via online transfer.
